Description

This RFSQ is intended to establish a roster of vendors, including corporate entities and independent consultants, to conduct detailed independent assurance reviews for a variety of programs and projects. The reviews may include deep dive reviews, stage gate reviews, and periodic reviews. Reviews will be conducted in accordance with the policies, procedures, and processes defined by the CPAF. Required submission documents include Form 1 and applicable Forms 5a, 5b, 5c, and Form 2 for joint ventures, in PDF format.
