The State of Minnesota is seeking responses for lawn care, landscaping, and irrigation system services at the Bureau of Criminal Apprehensions (BCA) Mankato and Minnesota State Emergency Operation Center (MSEOC) Blaine facilities. Work must meet the specifications, duties, and scope of work in Exhibit C and the facility maps included with the sample contract and exhibits. The anticipated contract period is March 1, 2027 through February 28, 2029, with an option to extend for up to 36 additional months. The estimated value is $40,000–$50,000 for one year; this is an estimate and does not commit the State to a minimum or maximum purchase.
