Description

Dane County is seeking proposals for an independent, comprehensive evaluation of the potential consolidation of some or all of the County’s Public Safety Answering Points (PSAPs). The study will assess operational, fiscal, staffing, technology, service, governance, and transition impacts, including possible effects on Wisconsin funding, and compare full, partial, hybrid, and status-quo scenarios. Required work includes stakeholder engagement, technical and operational assessments, fiscal and staffing analyses, risk planning, and a final report and presentation. The study itself will not result in consolidation.
