Description
The Office of the Onikanew of Child and Family Services, on behalf of the Founding First Nations, seeks proposals for Bridging Consulting Services for the Transitional Living Homes package within the Awas’ak Wiyasiwewin Infrastructure Project. The project covers 60 residential building assets across nine communities and aims to provide culturally appropriate facilities supporting child and family services. The consultant will develop the Owner’s Statement of Requirements for a subsequent Design-Builder procurement and prepare a Class B cost estimate for capital funding approval. Subject to phase gate approvals, the work may continue through contract administration, commissioning, close-out, and warranty, including serving as Payment Certifier.
