Description

Rocky View County is seeking to pre-qualify general contractors to construct a new fire station in the Hamlet of Madden. The approximately 12,000-square-foot facility will include apparatus bays, a training tower, accommodations for 40 volunteer firefighters, and supporting office, training, fitness, and changing spaces. Work also includes site civil works, utility connections, parking, landscaping, a sprinkler system, and erosion and sedimentation controls. The selected qualified contractors will be eligible to bid on the project; a mandatory site visit is scheduled for November 2, 2026, and building completion is scheduled for Spring 2028.
