The preferred outcome is one provider with exclusive Safety Code Officers and administrative support assigned to the County, though alternative models will be considered if they demonstrate equal or improved service continuity, responsiveness, inspection coverage, customer service, and service levels. The contract period is March 1, 2027, through February 28, 2030.
