The contractor shall have a Top-Secret Facility Clearance with Secret Safeguarding capability. Additionally, the contractor shall have the ability to provide TS/SCI personnel to conduct the scope outlined in Section 2 at the time of award. This Performance Work Statement (PWS) establishes the requirements for contractor-provided services that will include, but not be limited to technical, programmatic, acquisition, expert panel, analyses, engineering, logistical, and consultation support on a Task Order (TO) basis.
