This RFP is for Financial Examination / Analysis Services Pre-Qualification. The solicitation comprises seven documents: Proposal Instructions, Confidential Treatment Form, Vendor Questions Worksheet, Standard Contract Terms, Schedule A – Statement of Work, Schedule B – Pricing, and Schedule C – Insurance Requirements. The State posted answers to bidders' questions and a revised Schedule A on October 26, 2026; bidders are instructed to use the revised Schedule A for their response.
