Central Management Services is seeking a vendor to provide five-day-a-week janitorial services at D0700, 400 W. Wabash Ave., Effingham, Illinois. Services are to be performed after normal work hours Monday through Friday during the contract period from December 1, 2026, through November 30, 2031.
