Towing and inspection estimates use one hour per service; storage estimates use 365 days per vehicle. These are evaluation estimates, not guaranteed quantities. - Contract value: Agreement budget limit is $250,000; bidders enter their rates on the bid form. - Notable requirements: Services are as-needed and available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. One award is intended for the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
