Artificial Turf Maintenance and Localized Repairs for Four Cache County High School Stadiums

Cache County School District is seeking field-by-field bids to restore and maintain four high school artificial turf stadiums using the findings from Firefly Sports Testing assessments. - Government buyer: Cache County School District Purchasing Department, on behalf of the Facilities Department. - Requested work: Corrective maintenance and localized repairs at Mountain Crest, Ridgeline, Sky View, and Green Canyon high schools—one separately priced field service for each site. Requirements include test areas, before-and-after documentation and measurements, post-work verification, correction of in-scope irregularities, a return visit for reasonable adjustments, a one-year workmanship and materials warranty, a final report, and a practical 24-month maintenance plan. Cache County School District is seeking bids for corrective maintenance and localized repairs at the Mountain Crest, Ridgeline, Sky View, and Green Canyon high school stadium fields. Bidders must review the attached Firefly assessments and propose and price suitable repairs intended to improve field condition and support one to two additional seasons of service; full field replacement is outside the scope. Work includes inspection and securing of vulnerable areas, cleaning, decompaction, grooming, infill management, localized turf and seam repairs, and post-work verification and reporting. The District may award each field separately, and bidders may bid on any or all fields; each field price must stand alone.
