The Iowa DOT is seeking competitive quotes for a Signal, Arrow Board - 3' x 6' LED - Pickup Type B, according to specifications in the buyer attachments. Delivery is F.O.B. Destination, and alternate brands may be proposed if they meet or exceed the stated performance level and include comparison specifications. One contract will be awarded for all items, based on cost and other factors including mandatory requirements, staffing, schedule, past performance, and work capacity.
