Engineering services to revise MRC de Lotbinière’s local-road infrastructure plan

Description

The MRC de Lotbinière is soliciting professional engineering services to prepare a new Local Road Infrastructure Intervention Plan (PIIRL) for all level 1 and 2 local roads in its territory. The contractor must completely revise the plan prepared in 2023 to address new requirements and assess changes in road infrastructure condition. The work includes all steps in the MTMD preparation guide, and the final plan must be acceptable to the MTMD and comply with the tender requirements. The contract duration is 22 months, with work to be completed by July 31, 2028; award is conditional on the MRC receiving an MTMD subsidy.
