Description
INSPQ intends to award a contract by mutual agreement for SAS Viya licenses and a hosted, end-to-end managed analytics platform for the Québec Public Health Information Centre. The solution must run existing SAS programs and stored procedures without rewriting them, reproduce configurable portal queries, and include migration tools, architecture, installation, and initial configuration. Hosting must be in Canadian data centres and include separate development and production environments, at least 99.5% production availability, security, backups, updates, and support. This is a notice of intent, not a competitive tender; interested suppliers may submit an expression of interest demonstrating their ability to meet all minimum requirements.
