Daniel D. Tompkins Building Roof Replacement and Exterior Work

Tompkins County is seeking a single-prime contractor for roof replacement and related exterior-envelope work at the Daniel D. Description

Tompkins County is seeking proposals for a Single Prime General Work contract for roofing and exterior envelope work at the Daniel D. Tompkins Building. All work identified in the contract documents is the responsibility of the Single Prime Contractor. A mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for November 10, 2026, at 10:00 AM in the building’s conference room in Ithaca, New York. Proposals are due December 1, 2026, at 2:00 PM.
