Palliser School Division invites proposals from qualified Construction Managers for pre-construction, trade procurement, construction, and post-construction services for the Coalhurst High School Modernization and Addition in Coalhurst, Alberta. The Construction Manager is intended to be engaged early in the documentation phase and work collaboratively with the Owner, Consultant, Owner’s Cost Consultant, and broader consultant team.
