Description

This Request for Bid invites proponents to submit bids to the Government of Saskatchewan for the Frost 2027 Winter Playground. The Provincial Capital Commission seeks an organization to design, build, and maintain a premium-quality interactive snow-and-ice structure with a maze, slides, and art carving, supplying all required snow and ice and creating professional-level artwork. Proponents must have proven experience with a similar large-scale winter-event structure or work for an organization of equal or greater standing. The contract also includes youth programming, preferably an art activity using winter materials; the festival dates are January 30–31 and February 6–7, 2027, and are not flexible.
