Description

The RFP seeks professional engineering services to update the existing Stormwater Master Plan for the urban area of Rockland and prepare new Stormwater Master Plans for the City's other villages. The work includes background data collection and review, hydrologic and hydraulic modelling, assessment of stormwater infrastructure, identification of deficiencies and risks, and evaluation of servicing alternatives. Deliverables include costed, phased implementation plans, final plans, technical memoranda, mapping, and digital PCSWMM and GIS model/data files. The plans and all submissions, reports, presentations, and deliverables must be in English and AODA-compliant.
