Gluten-free and vegetarian meals, a nearby coffee-break area, buffet lunch, and reserved dining for the Assistant Secretary are preferred. - Equipment and support: Conference-room and lunch-area Wi-Fi; six flip charts, projector and screen, podium microphone, three to four portable microphones with spare batteries, and a laptop with presentation remote. Business-center access must include a computer, printer, internet, and at least 100 complimentary black-and-white copies. - Optional items: Basic office supplies and round-trip transportation for 45 people to an off-site location on one weekday. Subcontracting is restricted; VAT is not applicable. Award is intended for the lowest-priced acceptable offer from a responsible supplier. - Performance period: A six-night event period, with some coordinators potentially arriving before the main group and departing afterward.
