U.S. Embassy Jakarta hotel lodging, meeting space, and hospitality services

The U.S. Department of State, through U.S. Embassy Jakarta, is seeking hotel and event services in central Jakarta for official U.S. Mission activities. - Government buyer: U.S. Department of State; U.S. Mission in Indonesia; U.S. Embassy Jakarta. - Scope and estimated demand: 380 lodging room nights across four room categories; 70 half-day and 70 full-day meeting or function-room sessions; 500 buffet lunches, 200 boxed meals, and 500 additional coffee rounds. - Lodging requirements: Standard rooms must be at least 32 square meters and Deluxe rooms at least 38 square meters. Entry-Level Suites must be at least 50 square meters and One-Bedroom Suites at least 70 square meters. Room rates are capped at the applicable U.S. Government per diem for Jakarta; standard room amenities include private bathrooms, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, housekeeping, and breakfast for single occupancy. - Meeting and event requirements: Spaces accommodate groups from 10 to 500 people, with specified seating configurations. Rates include standard audiovisual equipment and coffee service. A pillar-free ballroom that can be divided into independently operated sections is preferred. - Food and ancillary services: Food services require advance written authorization; alcoholic beverages are prohibited. Hotels must accommodate reasonable dietary needs, including halal, vegetarian, no-pork, and no-seafood requests when notified in advance. Other services require a written quote and an agreed price before work begins; open-ended or post-performance pass-through charges are not permitted. - OEMs and vendors: No specific OEM, hotel, or other vendor is named. Rates are proposed in Indonesian rupiah (IDR). - Notable suite condition: Entry-Level Suite and One-Bedroom Suite selections require Contracting Officer confirmation at the task-order level.

Description

The U.S. Embassy Jakarta invites qualified contractors to submit quotations for hotel lodging, meeting and function room rental, and related hospitality services in support of official U.S. Mission activities in Indonesia under Solicitation No. 191D3227R0005. The Government intends to award multiple Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts.

A pre-proposal conference is scheduled for November 9, 2026, at the U.S. Embassy Jakarta. Interested participants must register by November 2, 2026. See details on Section 3 of Solicitation.
