The FAA is seeking engineering design services for renovation of its System Support Center in Paso Robles, California. - Government buyer: Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), U.S. Department of Transportation; AAQ-500 Regional Acquisitions. The buyer is identified as Linda M. Hennequant (also listed as Linda Hennequant). - Requested work: Prepare permit-ready Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection, and Life Safety design documents for renovation of a leased 4,992-square-foot building at 3551 Combine Street. - Work includes engineering calculations, equipment selection, drawings, City review revisions, and final permit-ready documents based on the Design Intent Drawings. - Deliverables include three full-size ANSI D (22 x 34) drawing sets, including a dedicated Life Safety sheet. - Notable requirements: Designs must comply with applicable City-adopted codes, undergo FAA review, incorporate City corrections, and obtain City-stamped approval. AMENDMENT 0001: The purpose of this Amendment is to Answer Vendor Questions.

SITE VISIT A site visit is scheduled for 11/5/2026 at 1:00 pm Local Time at 3551 Combine St., Paso Robles, CA 93446. Information provided at the site visit, as well as answers to questions will not change/qualify the terms and conditions of the solicitation and specifications.  Terms remain unchanged unless the solicitation is amended in writing.
