DLA Troop Support is collecting industry pricing and capability information for a potential purchase of new ISO-compliant cargo containers. - Government buyer: Department of War (DOW), Defense Logistics Agency (DLA), Troop Supports Construction & Equipment Directorate. - Requested product: 95–180 new 20-foot × 8-foot × 8-foot 6-inch sea/land cargo containers, end-opening on one end; NSN 8150-01-463-8553. - Requirements: ISO-compliant; Federal Standard 595 color 34094 camouflage green with white ISO markings. Surplus and one-time-used containers are not acceptable. - Delivery: Within 120 days, shipped to destination at Fort Bliss, Texas, and Joint Base Lewis-McChord (JBLM), Washington. - OEMs and vendors: No manufacturers, OEMs, or vendors are named in the notice. - Opportunity context: This is a request for information to gather pricing and capability details, not a request for quotation.

The Department of War (DOW) Defense Logistics Agency – Troop Support’s Construction & Equipment Directorate is seeking estimated pricing information and capabilities from industry.

Any solicitation will be issued in accordance with the procedures of Revolutionary Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Overhaul Part 12, as implemented by Class Deviation 2026-O0028, for the anticipated procurement of NSN# 8150-01-463-8553, 20'X8’X8'6" SEA/LAND CARGO CONTAINER, END-OPENING ON ONE END.

Containers must comply with ISO standards.

NEW CONTAINERS REQUIRED

SURPLUS AND ONE-TIME USED CONTAINERS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTABLE FOR THIS REQUIREMENT.
