The Library of Congress is seeking an IDIQ provider for laundry and linen services supporting its Events Office in Washington, D.C. - Government buyer - Library of Congress, Contracts and Grants Directorate; services support the Library Events Office. - Contract contact identified: Ramon Samuel. - OEMs and vendors - No OEMs, manufacturers, or service vendors are named in the procurement documents. - Requested services and items - Pickup, laundering and cleaning, inventory accountability, and return delivery of Government-owned uniforms, linens, table and platform skirts, felt pads, stretch fabric table covers, and curtains. - Pricing is requested for 25 types of textile items and for standard and expedited delivery. Description

The Library requires contract support for laundry/linen service for its Events Office located in Washington, D.C. The Library Events Office (LEO) supports official Library-sponsored events, public programs, ceremonies, receptions, VIP functions, and other activities requiring clean, presentable, event-ready linens, uniforms, and related textile items. The purpose of this requirement is to establish reliable, timely, and quality-controlled laundering, cleaning, pickup, delivery, inventory accountability, and related services for Government-owned items. The contractor shall provide laundry/linen service for the Library of Congress.
