Refurbishment of 40 AH-64 Swashplate Assemblies with OEM Liner Replacement

The U.S. Army is seeking refurbishment of 40 AH-64 swashplate assemblies, including OEM-required liner replacement and lubrication work. - Government buyer: U.S. Department of the Army; Army Contracting Command, Redstone Arsenal; Corpus Christi Army Depot (CCAD), W6QK CCAD Contracting Office. - OEM: Sargent Aerospace & Defense, LLC is identified as the approved source for the Dicronite application and qualified liner system. - Assembly: 40 AH-64 Non-Rotating Control Swashplate assemblies, part number 7-311527061, NSN 1615-01-313-2243. The assemblies are government-furnished for refurbishment. - Work requested: Replace mandatory Teflon liners with the KAHR-LON X-1200S liner system and apply Dicronite dry-film lubrication. Refurbishment also includes cleaning, inspection, damage and corrosion repair, surface treatment, priming and painting, protective identification coating, serialization, final testing, and certification. - Requirements: Work must comply with DMWR 1-1615-315 and OEM Drawing 7-311527061. Each batch must be returned within 20 weeks after receipt; assemblies are planned to arrive in two shipments. - Contract duration: Approximately one year.
