Description
The U.S. Department of Commerce is publishing notice that the antidumping and countervailing duty orders on certain small vertical shaft engines between 99cc and 225cc, and parts thereof, from China will continue. Commerce and the U.S. International Trade Commission determined that revoking the orders would likely lead to continued or recurring dumping, countervailable subsidies, and material injury to a U.S. industry. The covered merchandise includes specified spark-ignited, non-road, vertical shaft engines and related engine components, subject to the scope and exclusions described in the notice. U.S. Customs and Border Protection will continue collecting AD and CVD cash deposits at the rates in effect at the time of entry.
