No products, services, quantities, or part numbers are requested.
Description
Cboe BZX Exchange, Inc. proposes to amend BZX Rule 14.13(b)(2)(E) to eliminate the $4,000 annual listing fee category for exchange-traded products (ETPs) listed before January 1, 2019. Those products would instead be charged the lowest applicable annual listing fee under the rule, based on the categories for which they qualify, including fees based on consolidated average daily volume. The change does not amend fees for Transfer Listings, New Listings, specified strategy ETPs, ADR Hedges, or the existing volume-based fee schedule, and is planned to apply to fees assessed for calendar year 2027. The notice invites comments on the proposed rule change by November 16, 2026.
