Description
NYSE Texas, Inc. proposes amendments to Rules 7.18, 7.35(a)(8)(A), and 7.35(f) concerning initial listing regulatory halts, trading halt auctions, and IPO auctions. The changes clarify when an Initial Listing Regulatory Halt applies and specify how trading resumes after such a halt. They also provide for a Trading Halt Auction when an ETP New Issue elects to begin trading in the Early Trading Session and revise the Auction Reference Price rule to account for an issuer-provided value. The proposed changes are scheduled to become operative when 23/5 Trading commences, scheduled industrywide for December 6, 2026.
