Description
The U.S. Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) publishes names of persons placed on the Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons List (SDN List). Property and interests in property of the designated persons that are subject to U.S. jurisdiction are blocked, and U.S. persons are generally prohibited from engaging in transactions with them. The notice also identifies vessels as property in which blocked persons have an interest. The action was issued on October 21, 2026.
