Description
The Department of Commerce extended by 20 days the deadline for determining the adequacy of antidumping and countervailing duty petitions concerning certain railway tank cars and parts thereof from Mexico. Commerce stated that additional time is needed to gather and analyze information about industry support for the petitions. The initiation determination is now due no later than November 9, 2026. The notice is applicable October 20, 2026.
