NYSE American LLC proposes changes to fees and rebates for manual options transactions; this is a regulatory rule-change notice, not a government procurement. - Government agency: Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Division of Trading and Markets. - Filing party and exchange: NYSE American LLC. - Proposed fee and rebate changes: - Increase Market Maker fees for manual transactions in non-Penny options from $0.50 to $0.90 per contract, followed by an increase to $1.00 per contract. - Provide Floor Broker orders that trade with Market Maker orders on the Trading Floor a $0.20-per-contract rebate. - For Floor Brokers in the FB Prepay Program, this rebate would apply instead of rebates under the Manual Billable Rebate Program. - Other exchanges named for fee comparisons: NASDAQ PHLX LLC, BOX Exchange LLC, Cboe EDGX Exchange, Inc., and MIAX Sapphire Options Exchange. - No products or services are being purchased, and no purchase quantities are specified.
