Description

Construct the Division of Water’s OSU Innovation District Water Extension, including 158 linear feet of 6-inch water main, 3,912 linear feet of 12-inch water main, and 12 fire hydrants. The work also includes other work necessary to complete the contract in accordance with the drawings, technical specifications, special provisions, and City of Columbus Construction and Material Specifications in the IFB. Work must be completed within 90 calendar days of the Notice to Proceed, which the City anticipates issuing on or about March 2027. Bids must be submitted through Bid Express; no pre-bid meeting will be held.
