The Department of the Navy, through DLA Maritime – Portsmouth, is seeking MALPASS Inc. replacement cove-base components for Portsmouth Naval Shipyard. - Buyer: Department of the Navy; DLA Maritime – Portsmouth (DLA-KME); Portsmouth Naval Shipyard, Kittery, Maine. - OEM: MALPASS Inc. The requirement is brand-name mandatory; equal products will not be considered. - Products requested: - 150 inside cove-base corners, part number SS-CM-INS. - 150 outside cove-base corners, part number SS-CM-OUT. - 150 straight cove-base sections, 8 feet long, part number SS-CM-8. - All items must be stainless steel, 316L, 18 gauge. Total requested quantity is 450 pieces. - Offerors must identify each item's country of origin. If the offeror is not the manufacturer, it must provide the manufacturer's name, location, and business size. - Award is based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable; delivery urgency may affect award.

The Portsmouth Naval Shipyard requests responses from qualified sources capable of providing Cove Base IAW attached documents (Notes: Vendor shall list the country of origin for each line item & If not the actual manufacturer- Manufacturer's Name, Location, and Business Size must be provided) . This requirement is Brand Name Mandatory to MALPASS Inc.  “Equal To” submittals will not be considered; these are direct replacement parts for existing equipment. 

NOTE: OFFERORS MUST COMPLETE THE ATTACHED PROVISIONS 52.204-24, 52.204-26, 2S2.204-7016, AND 252.204-7019AND INCLUDE THE COMPLETED PROVISIONS WITH THEIR OFFER.

Please note that the Government's terms for payment for this requirement are Net 30 Days AFTER acceptance of material. Each response must clearly indicate the capability of the quoter to meet all specifications and requirements.
