Grapevine-Colleyville Independent School District is seeking a turnkey laptop rental and support service for statewide STAAR testing through iUniversity Prep. - Buyer: Grapevine-Colleyville Independent School District (GCISD), iUniversity Prep, Purchasing Services. - OEMs and vendors: No laptop OEMs, product brands, or prospective vendors are named in the supplied materials. - Equipment: 375 projected business-class laptops across four testing sites: Austin (65), Grapevine (165), Houston (85), and San Antonio (60). Quantities are projections, not guarantees; replacement computers must also be available. - Minimum specifications: Core i5 processor, 8 GB RAM, 250 GB SSD, 14–15-inch screen, Windows 11, speech-to-text capability, and the required testing browser configured. - Include wired mice, mouse pads, power cords, and surge protectors. - Turnkey services: Equipment delivery, setup, configuration, storage between testing weeks at non-Grapevine sites, takedown, and removal; onsite technicians at each site on testing days; and customer support from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. Central Time. - Setup personnel and technicians must complete STAAR training and district background checks. Provide accidental-damage and theft coverage, coordinate subcontractors, and address issues promptly. - Performance term: Initial term runs from after Board award through the end of FY 2026–27, with four additional one-year renewal options. The district may extend service to prevent a lapse; later requirements and testing dates are undetermined.
