DLA Maritime – Puget Sound is seeking 3,000 bonded magnets for Puget Sound Naval Shipyard. - Government buyer: Defense Logistics Agency (DLA), DLA Maritime – Puget Sound, Contracting Division (DLA-PME); the attachment identifies Karl Lindley. - Requested product: Master Magnetics RB80PRC, a 95 lb-pull bonded magnet, quantity 3,000. - Dimensions: 3-3/16 in. diameter × 0.440 in. thick, with a 1/4 in. center mount hole. - Minimum pull requirement: 85–99 lb; dimensional tolerance: 1/8 in. - Grainger part 6XY91 is also approved; NSN 3990-LL-S05-3121. - Delivery is requested by the solicitation deadline; no contract performance period or option periods are stated.

To be considered for award, if the contractor (awardee) is required to implement NIST SP 800-171, the contractor (awardee) shall have a current assessment as detailed in DFARS 252.204-7019 (I.E., not more than 3 years old unless a lesser time is specified in the solicitation)

Items deemed to be Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS) are exempt from NIST SP 800-171 requirement.  Must identify and provide information to contracting officer on bid during solicitation period
