Description
The Government of Saskatchewan is seeking submissions for the Frost 2027 Winter Playground. The Provincial Capital Commission intends to hire an organization to design, build, and maintain a premium-quality interactive snow-and-ice structure featuring a maze, slides, and art carving, including sourcing and supplying all required snow and ice. Proponents must have proven experience delivering similar structures and professional-level snow and ice artwork. A smaller secondary component is youth programming, preferably an art activity using winter materials. The festival is scheduled for January 30–31 and February 6–7, 2027, and the dates are not flexible.
