The Iowa Department of Administrative Services is seeking professional design services for replacement of the roofs on the Powerhouse and Warehouse Buildings at Fort Dodge Correctional Facility. The work includes designing removal and replacement of the existing ballast roofs; potential scope elements include ballast, membrane, insulation, flashing, trim, gutters, and downspouts, and installation of new insulation and fully adhered EPDM membrane. The buildings are outside the secure perimeter, with estimated roof areas of 10,640 square feet for the Powerhouse and 8,952 square feet for the Warehouse.
