Description

Jackson County is seeking qualified and experienced contractors to provide an Inmate Food Service Program at county building locations. The county intends to pre-qualify multiple contractors and contract with one, with a five-year term subject to satisfactory performance and the county’s discretion. The resulting contract may also be extended through the CoPro+ Cooperative Bid Program for use by other Michigan government municipalities through a piggyback arrangement. The RFP identifies a mandatory pre-bid meeting on November 3, 2026, and proposals are due November 23, 2026.
