The Department of the Navy is seeking Mensor pressure-measurement equipment for use by the Navy Experimental Diving Unit. - Government buyer: Department of the Navy; Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) Warfare Center / Naval Surface Warfare Center; Navy Experimental Diving Unit. - Set-aside and pricing: Small-business set-aside; firm-fixed-price solicitation. - Named OEM: Mensor. The request specifies Mensor equipment and does not identify any resellers or other vendors by name. - Products requested: - 1 Mensor CPG2500 precision pressure indicator, part number 41006162, with two CPR2550 reference pressure channels: one 0–500 psi gauge channel and one -15 to 5 psi bidirectional/vacuum channel. Includes an integrated barometric reference and CPT61xx sensor cable; the CPT sensor is ordered separately. - 2 Mensor CPT6100 standard precision pressure transducers, part number 41006163, rated 0–5,000 psi gauge, with RS-232 interface and 50 Hz output mode. - Notable requirements: A2LA calibration certificates traceable and accredited to ISO 17025 are specified for the indicator, reference channels, and transducers. The requested equipment also specifies SAE pressure connections and adapters; the transducers are sensor modules without a power supply. - Quotes are evaluated for best value based on price, delivery, quality, and past performance. Vendors are asked to provide complete quotes, CAGE code, and lead time; invoicing through Wide Area Workflow is required.

This procurement is a firm fixed price Small Business Set Aside per the requirment in the attachement.  Email quotes (on your companies letterhead with full OEM specifications) to jamell.l.kilgore.civ@us.navy.mil on or before the closing date and time of Thursday 29 October 2026 11am Central Time. The Government will not accept late quotes. Provide cage code and Lead time on your quote. Be able to invoice through Wide Area Workflow (WAWF). Terms are NET 30 Days. IF shipping is not included in the price, please include a line item for shipping price on your quote.
