Description

St. Lucie County is seeking bids to professionally seal the Party Deck area of Clover Park, including floors, walls, stairs, and baseboards where possible. The work is intended to provide a safe and aesthetically pleasing atmosphere for guests and prevent water penetration into the areas below the party deck (The Lab). Materials and colors should match those used in the stadium’s Cutwater Section. Attendance at the November 4, 2026 pre-bid conference at the project location is mandatory; only attendees may submit bids.
