The City of Hermitage is seeking bids for firefighter personal protective equipment and self-contained breathing apparatus for the Hermitage Volunteer Fire Department. The procurement has two lots: eight complete sets of structural firefighting turnout gear and twelve SCBA units, plus two additional face pieces. Bidders may submit for one or both lots, and award will be made by lot to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. Sealed bids are due by 11 a.m. on October 30, 2026, at Hermitage City Hall; bidders must have active SAM.gov registration and not be suspended or debarred from federal contracting.
