Description

The City of Conway seeks pricing and a contract from qualified manufacturers and/or authorized integrators for a near-infrared (NIR) hyperspectral imaging (HSI) optical sorting system and a 60-inch acceleration conveyor. The work includes design, manufacture, delivery, installation, start-up, and commissioning of the system to replace an existing optical sorter at the City’s materials recovery facility. Bids must be submitted electronically through Arkansas.ionwave.net. Bids will be opened and publicly read aloud at 9:00 a.m. local time on November 6, 2026, at Conway City Hall.
