The City of Pine Bluff, Arkansas, is seeking qualifications from firms and multidisciplinary professional teams to provide Brownfields Revitalization Planning and Redevelopment Services. The work includes planning, redevelopment, economic, real estate, infrastructure, community engagement, and related services to prepare an actionable Brownfields Area-Wide/Revitalization Plan for the Pine Bluff Downtown Development District.
