Description

Dallas ISD is seeking proposals for OEM and equivalent replacement parts, replacement equipment, supplies, and comprehensive repair services. The scope covers white fleet vehicles and related transportation equipment, warehouse equipment and parts, and walk-in cooler and freezer repairs, parts, and services supporting Food and Child Nutrition Services. Purchases will be district-wide on an as-needed basis and may support local, state, federal, and grant-funded programs. The initial contract term is one year, with two possible one-year extensions by mutual consent, for a maximum total term of three years.
