Landfill Cell 3 Earthworks and Construction

Description

The Town of Tisdale is seeking tenders for earthworks to construct a new Class 2 landfill cell at the Tisdale Regional Landfill. Work includes site stripping and excavation, a compacted clay liner, a wet well and leachate collection pipe, placement of owner-supplied aggregate and geotextile, and removal and reinstallation of perimeter litter fence netting. Construction is planned for spring and early summer 2027, and preference will be given to contractors able to meet that schedule. Tenders are due November 13, 2026, and must include a bid bond or certified cheque for 5% of the tendered price and consent of surety for a performance bond of 50%.
