The State of Missouri is seeking additional vendors for its Vehicle Upfitting Qualified Vendors List (QVL). Qualified vendors may provide vehicle upfitting equipment and services for state agencies, including the Department of Public Safety, Missouri State Highway Patrol, Missouri Department of Transportation, and Missouri Department of Conservation. Agencies will request quotes from QVL contractors for specific vehicles, equipment, installation, labor, and delivery requirements.
