Description

The City of Forney seeks sealed proposals for a fixed-price annual price agreement to establish a qualified contractor listing for asphalt street maintenance and repair. Work may include maintenance and repair of asphalt streets, parking lots, driveways, and aprons, with materials, machinery, equipment, fuel, supervision, insurance, bonds, and labor provided by the contractor. Services will be requested as needed by the Public Works/Engineering Department because the recurring work cannot be quantified in advance. The proposal requires bid security equal to 5% of the maximum proposal amount; the successful proposer must provide performance and payment bonds, including a two-year performance and maintenance bond.
