Denton County seeks a qualified and experienced firm to provide demolition services at Briarwood Retreat. The work includes complete demolition and removal of nine existing structures and one in-ground swimming pool, plus partial demolition of one existing structure, as identified in Exhibit C. The contractor is responsible for demolition, removal, debris disposal, site cleanup, and related work in accordance with the specifications, site-specific requirements, and applicable laws and regulations. Components designated to remain must be protected, and each work area must be left in the condition specified by the applicable requirements.
