Description

The City of Ardmore is seeking a qualified contractor to provide janitorial services for the Ardmore Public Library. Sealed bids are due by 3:00 p.m. on November 12, 2026, and will be opened and tabulated by the Purchasing Department at City Hall. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at the library on October 27, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. Bids must include a bid guaranty equal to five percent of the bid; award is intended for the lowest, most responsible bidder meeting the minimum specifications.
