Description

The Liberty County Board of Commissioners is seeking a qualified consultant to provide scoping services for Liberty Independence Parkway Phase 2, in accordance with the Scope of Work in Exhibit I. Preferred qualifications include prior experience providing scoping services and preparing scoping reports through the Georgia Department of Transportation process. The RFP is available on the Board of Commissioners website or at its office at 112 N. Main Street, Hinesville, Georgia 31313. Responses are due December 3, 2026, at 4:00 PM.
