Cumberland County Administration seeks a turnkey, 24/7 temporary emergency shelter provider and facility in Cumberland County, North Carolina. - Government buyer: Cumberland County, County Administration; buyer contact: Heather Skeens, Assistant County Manager. - Service requested: One turnkey shelter service and facility for displaced individuals and families with children, with a base capacity of 70 people. - At least 30 approved beds must be operational within 30 days of full contract execution; all 70 must be operational within 90 days. - Provide safe accommodations, staffing, intake, meals and snacks, drinking water, bathrooms, showers, hygiene supplies, laundry access, cleaning, waste removal, pest control, and secure storage. - Provide housing-focused assessments and case management, housing navigation, benefits and service referrals, and coordination with the local Continuum of Care and referral system. - Include family accommodations, resident protections, safety and emergency response, and performance reporting.
